Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard and two pets of my own that are both friendly so I am no stranger to spending time outdoors with animals or having playdates. I am more than happy to take pets to any appointments they may have and am able to administer medication if needed.
Information Charles O. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any behaviors that I would need to know I about. I work very well with animals that are high energy, struggle with anxiety, or are shy.
A typical day
I love to make sure your pets are closely cared for, making sure to get lots of physical activity for high energy dogs, or maybe extra attention for dogs with anxiety. I love talking them for walks, playing with them, taking them for days out, sitting and relaxing with them, and reading to them. I think it’s important to make sure your pets get both physical and mental stimulation.

Pet care experience
I’ve been taking care of animals for most of my life. I love high energy animals and taking care of them. I grew up with a dog and cat I still have and care for and more recently I have been a volunteer at the Humane Society, I even ended up starting my own club of volunteers in high school. This role has equipped me with all sorts of animal care skills such as cleaning after them, bathing them, feeding them and administering medication, and making sure to provide lots of love and attention. I’ve always said that I’m not a dog or cat person when asked, but rather an animal person. I love animals and caring after them.

Reviews
Charles is one of the most dedicated and compassionate animal lovers I have ever met. As the pet parent of a senior dog, Buddy, and a cat, Socks, he provides exceptional care and affection every single day...never missing a walk, mealtime, or play session, while always making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. His commitment to animals extends far beyond his own pets. Since high school, Charles has volunteered at the Humane Society in Knoxville, a nonprofit no-kill shelter, where he devoted countless hours to caring for cats and dogs and helping them find their forever homes. Inspired by that experience, he went on to establish an animal rescue club at his high school, which continues to serve the community today. In addition to his compassion and dedication, Charles is an incredibly responsible young man. As a college student attending on a full academic scholarship, he consistently demonstrates maturity, reliability, and strong character. I cannot think of anyone I would trust more to care for my pets than Charles.
