How they manage with other dogs and children. How are they if I have to leave the house for a bit? Any other behavior issues that should be shared, or quirks. We currently have a Maltipoo and a Border Collie, so the ideal would be dogs around the same size.
A typical day
Castro Valley is a great area to walk dogs, so we walk our dogs daily. My son plays baseball so we take them to the field to explore and meet other doggies. My dogs LOVE to walk so they would welcome new pack members with open paws!

My wife and I collectively have had dogs for many years. We both love animals and treat our dogs like family. My son (age 14) has grown up with dogs, so he is very used to them and loves playing and being around them. There is Evie, (age 7), a Border Collie mix that is shy, but comes out of her shell when she gets to know you and loves taking walks. Evie is a rescue from Mexico that we adopted in San Francisco, CA when we lived there. Maya is the same age as Evie and full of energy. She LOVES to play catch and take walks. We are not planning any trips in the future, and I currently work from home so I can go on daily walks. We would consider any dogs that stays with us family. I am currently retired and my wife works mostly from home, so we are home a lot. We spend as much time with our dogs as possible. We have a fenced yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company.

Charles & Tina were great! I received prompt responses and they accepted to help provide care for our senior pup who has special needs. Our pup felt comfortable enough to take a nap, which I’m happy about since he didn’t nap the whole day prior to dropping him off. Thanks, Charles & Tina :)
Chuck and his family were great with Dobby. They sent us pictures daily and would send us messages on how she was doing. We were very happy with the way they cared for Dobby. We highly recommend them and would use them again.
Charles is great with taking care of Mini. He cares about Mini and give great updates on what Mini did during the day. Great people to talk to and Mini seams be really happy.
