Safety, trust & environment
I have a dog that has an electric fence surrounding my home. She receives two walks and meals a day. I would plan on walking and feeding my clients' pets the same way unless requested otherwise. Having a dog of my own also allows my clients' pets to be socialized while their parent is gone, if they are cool with other dogs.

Information Charles L. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if there are any quirks, routines, or special things I should know about your dog ahead of time. I once dog sat a dog who would only eat if I sat next to him but didn’t look at him. So trust me, whatever it is, it’s probably not that weird.
A typical day
My go to fun activity while caring for pets is taking them on a long walk to a large open space where I can learn how they like to play, whether that’s fetch, frisbee, chase, relaxing, or full on zoomies. When I lived in Leavenworth, I loved walking dogs to the river so they could splash and cool off. After hopefully wearing them out, I bring them back home to relax and see if they're up for another walk later.

Pet care experience
I’ve been dog/house sitting for years for friends and family. Previously, I’ve been a volunteer at the Wenatchee Valley Humane Society, and I have owned dogs and cats since I was born, and I love taking care of animals. I also grew up on a farm.
Reviews
Charles took great care of my pup and was super friendly and great to work with! Thank you!!
Charlie has been one of my go to dog sitter/walkers in the past 5 years. He is reliable, friendly and responsible. He always gets back to me quickly when I have a question. My dog loves him and when we get back from vacation the dog and house are just like I left them. I highly recommend Charles L !
Charlie has watched my dog numerous times over the past few years. He is friendly, reliable and likes to take Ranger on long walks for me. Charlie has a dog himself so knows how to engage and play with my dog. He is easy to communicate with and has a great sense of humor.
Charlie is the best. I trust him completely with the care of our home and our beloved pets. He is reliable and responsive. I feel like I can really count on him and I wholeheartedly trust him. We would not leave so much we care about to just anyone. I strongly recommend Charlie in every aspect. Anybody would be lucky to have him.
