The first thing I always check is food and water bowl are clean. If they're free feeding, I'll always make sure it's full. I'm on time with a schedule too! A lot of pets don't like strangers, so I'll give them all the time they need to be comfortable.

A typical day
I'll play with the feather stick, fetch, laser pointer, and hang out near their favorite napping spot. After making sure they get everything they need, a treat for sure!

I love going for long hikes in the park or shorter jaunts in the suburbs. I'm careful about following food and care plans, and after a good walk, I'll make sure they get a snack and water!

Charles loves animals of all kinds. He is calm and careful with the dogs that he walks. If they need a faster pace he can also accomodate it. It was great seeing him work with them.
Charles took wonderful care of our cat Rala and dog Boone, and it showed in every visit. Both Rala and Boone are super loving and crave lots of cuddles, and Charles happily gave them all the affection they wanted while still keeping their routines on track, from Boone’s feeding and exercise schedule to Rala’s favorite cuddle spots. He was detailed, sending updates and photos so we always knew how they were doing, and it was clear he genuinely loves animals. We’d recommend Charles to anyone looking for a sitter!
