Charles was great! Eased my mind as I traveled by sending pics and videos, and communicated often! Whenever I was just concerned I would text him and he would reassure me that my dog was just fine within minutes! Will definitely recommend to others and book again!
Fantastic! He was available short notice which is great, and was so wonderful he will be our first call, not on short notice, in the future. He was able to accommodate our hyperactive puppy as well as our occasionally not dog friendly large dog. They both loved him and came home well cared for and happy. He kept us updated with photos and videos and just overall was fantastic. 5 stars isn't even enough, will recommend him to everyone I know.
Last minute booking. Was initially apprehensive about leaving my small dog with some giants but no problems here. My buddy was taken care of and happy. Thank you Charles. I appreciate you.
We are especially grateful to Charles for being an awesome parent to our pawbaby Bailey. It's true it takes a village to raise the kids. He made it easy and relieved my stress by keeping me updated and sent plenty of pics and video. This was her first time there but it won't be the last.
