I have owned and cared for dogs all of my life. I have had Labrador Retrievers since college but have a love for all dogs. My wife calls me the dog whisperer as I truly believe that dogs sense and know who have a love for dogs.

I have a fenced yard and doggie door for my two dogs. I am available to board your fur baby at my home after an initial meet and greet with my Lab and Yorkie Poo. Both our dogs love children, people and of course other dogs.

Charles was a Godsend for our 2 year old golden retriever Cassie. We had boarded her before at kennels but knew we wanted to find a better solution for her. Charles is patient, passionate, and has a true gift for caring for dogs. His home is welcoming and warm. We got periodic updates on how Cassie was doing and never doubted she was being cared for as she would be at home. The only downside is that Cassie had a slight post-vacation depression because she didn’t see Charles everyday once our trip was over! 10 out of 10, we will absolutely hope to book Charles again in the future!

Charles took our boy at a very short notice and was so kind to pivot when our plans got pushed . Charlie had a blast hanging at the pool and getting to play with the other pups. A++ thank you
We could not recommend Charlie enough!! He was absolutely amazing with our Maizey girl, a Godsend!! We had never left her with anybody before, as she is only 2, and we were very anxious about leaving her for a whole 9 days while going on a cruise. He allowed us to do a trial day to see how she would do and to let her know we would be back, and he was very encouraging the whole way. He took the time and attention to send lots of pictures and videos and let me know anything that came up, like new dogs coming in or whatever. He made us feel so comfortable and would tell us about her day and night so that we could actually relax, knowing she was in loving hands. Charlie is so kind and relaxed with dogs; he truly loves them! Maizey is a lot, an Aussie-Heeler (LOTS of energy), so we were very uneasy about the whole situation, but Charlie truly helped us to trust him and we were able to enjoy our vacation. He took her on walks, engaged in recall training, took her on vacation to his lake house, and even gave her a sweet gift while there. We will absolutely use Charlie every single time. We now feel like we have found a trusted sitter while we do life with our kids every now and then… or maybe even just a play date for herself with his dogs Haley and Shay and their friends that come over, Duke being one of MayMay’s faves!! Thank you so much, Charlie!! We truly truly appreciate you and felt blessed to have found you.

Schedule
I am retired from IBM after 42 years of service and look forward to taking care of your fur babies! Dogs have always been an important part of my life and I am excited to spend more time with these amazing animals.
