We are a lively, fun, caring, and loving family! We love pet cuddles, dog talk, and dog walks around our neighborhood. We have always had cats or dogs our entire marriage (19 years so far). If this is your first time booking on Rover, please inquire about a $20 promo code. We are empty "pet nesters". We adopted a "senior" dog two years from the animal shelter, but unfortunately, he left the world too soon due to health issues out of our control, but best believe he received the best love and care for the time we had with him. Our daughter is in high school and we don't want to commit to another puppy since they will be gone for college soon and we will be traveling more in a few years, so we figure this is the best way for us to get the dog fever under control. Let us spoil your babies while you are away for work or vacation...lol **Please no aggressive dogs. We do dog sit from multiple owners at times - so dog-friendly is important**

Charlene was great with Max while I was out of town! She kept me updated and sent pictures throughout his stay, which I really appreciated. Drop-off and pickup were both easy and convenient, and Max was in great spirits when I picked him up. I was especially surprised to hear that he got along well with the other dogs, since that normally isn’t his thing! It was clear he was comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely trust Charlene with Max again and highly recommend her!
Charlene was amazing! We left our puppy for the first time and she made sure to send me lots of pictures/updates and took very good care of our pup!

Charlene and her family took such good care of my little man. House was clean with nice backyard. She kept me posted with photos. I will definitely book her again. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Schedule
My husband and I work from home so we are available for potty breaks, head scratches, and cuddles throughout the entire day. We have a daughter that absolutely loves dogs too, it doesn't matter if they are puppies or senior dogs, we love dogs of all ages.

We have a fenced back yard so they can use the restroom whenever needed. We also have a clean and uncluttered home that your pet will feel safe and secure in.
A typical day
Anticipate an abundance of cuddles, back scratches, and belly rubs while visiting my home. Besides having a fenced in back patio for potty breaks. We also have paved sidewalks around the neighborhood for enjoyable walks to let out energy and to enjoy fresh air.
