Absolutely fantastic, really lovely person .very clean and tidy .the dogs love her ❤️ Will be sticking with Charlie from now on .10 out of 10 👍

Charlene looked after our dog Oscar for 5 days and he had a great time with her. She kept me well informed about his progress and sent plenty of pictures too. Thank you, Charlene!

Meeting Charlene immediately put my mind at ease about her looking after Monty, as she clearly loves dogs and has such a friendly little dog of her own. Monty had a fabulous time staying with Charlene for the three nights. She sent me lovely pictures of him and her dog Forest playing (pretty much constantly) and on walks. He has come back happy and full of beans. I'd absolutely have Charlene look after Monty again

If I could give less than a 1 start I would - DO NOT trust this person with your dog. You will get zero updates, no replies to any messages that you send trying to get in contact to check in on your dog and in my case, Charlene refused to get out of bed to come and meet me at her door when I dropped my dog off for an evening of dog sitting, and sent her husband instead who just laughed this off. After a few hours of being away and not being able to get in touch with Charlene (Rover couldn’t even get through to her either!), I had to arrange for a family member to go and collect my dog due to the stress of not knowing if she was okay or what was going on at all and, to no surprise, Charlene was still in bed and didn’t show her face at all, even though having multiple more dogs in her care at this time too! Very very disturbing that Rover are allowing people like this to care for people’s dogs. Will never be using this site again, please save yourself the worry & stress of this.

From the moment we met Charlene, we knew she would take really good care of our two dogs. They were with her for 4 nights and she sent wonderful photos and videos of them on walks and playing in the house with her sweet little dog. They don’t normally play with other dogs, so that shows how lovely he is. Charlene followed all their food requirements so well too. They came home relaxed and happy and we know they had a great time. We will certainly book with Charlene again. What a lovely person.

Charlene was a fantastic sitter and Chester had a brilliant 12 days with her and little Forest. He was walked everyday and was cared for as if he was part of her family. Charlene helped us out at very short notice and sent us lots of updates and photographs of Chester throughout his stay. He has come home happy and content and we will definitely go back to Charlene in the future without hesitation. Thank you so much for the love and care you have shown Chester Charlene x
