I was disappointed with my experience. During Samson’s stay, I learned there were several additional dogs in the sitter’s care that I wasn’t aware of before booking. On the second to last day, I was notified that Samson had been involved in an altercation with another dog, resulting in me having to pick him up early. One of his bowls could not be found and his bedding was returned soiled. I’ve used Rover for years, and he’s never had an issue like this. Better communication about the number of dogs being cared for would have helped me make a more informed decision.
