I currently work from home with an extremely flexible schedule thus allowing me to fit my day around your pets needs. Whether it is several walks, feeding schedules or potty breaks, we can make it all happen. My 3 year old is currently home with me during this time. He is very mild tempered and aware of the respect needed for pets when in his space.

Dogs are allowed to roam our home freely if potty trained. If still learning, we will spend most of our time on the main level, however, there is always room for cuddle and bedtimes together if they need some reassurance. I do not allow pets in my bed but a crate or a bed on the floor near us is allowed. I do my best to provide as close to home routines and activities as possible.

When boarding with me, please feel free to let me know as much about their daily routine as you feel comfortable. My aim is to replicate it as much as possible to ensure your pup is relaxed, at home and able to experience as much of the same activities and routine at my house as they do at your house. Any special feeding routines, restrictions or requirements are welcome and will be followed according to your requests.
A typical day
Each day your pet will receive at the very least 1-2 walks not including pee breaks. Length will depend on the size and energy level of the pets as well as the weather. My home is open floor plan giving ample space to play, nap and have constant companionship for your pup. I love a good meal routine as well as dedicated play times throughout the day. As a stay-at-home worker and mom, we will always be around to give your pup the attention they need and want throughout the day.

Having grown up around dogs my entire life, our home is well-equipped to house your pet while you are away. I share our home with my husband and 3 children ages 11, 8, and 3. I am open to puppies in need of a bit more attention or older dogs who need a good nap in the afternoon and some extra help throughout the day. My aim is to replicate your at home routine and activities during your pets stay to keep them as comfortable as possible. My home is their home while they are with us. We are pretty laidback and are homebodies throughout the evenings. I would love to welcome your furry friend into our home.

This was our first time using Rover or any type of service like this. I can't say enough about Charlaine and her family! There was daily pictures and updates that put me at ease. Spuddy is very spoiled at home and he was spoiled and then some staying with them! I can't say enough thanks and praise for taking care of our boy!!
Charlaine took great care of our dog. She was attentive and it is evident she really does care about the animals she cares for. Will definitely be using her again!
