Pet care experience

Need sitting? I’m your gal!

I have my own little fury friend which I walk, take to the restroom, handle her food and water daily needs for the past 6 years. I have house/pet sat for over 18 owners, and sat more than 25 dogs, and 10 cats. I like to leave things as I found them, or better if I can. Also, great with cats, fish, and used to own 2 turtles as well and wouldn’t mind watching your turtles or any additional pets, just shoot me a message and see!

Charity did a wonderful job with our two cats and our corgi!! She stayed at our home, walked our dog, and care for them so lovingly. We have a 17 year old cat who is blind and requires daily medication and she did a great job caring for him, giving him his meds, and making him feel safe while we were out of town. I would 100% hire Charity again!

Charity was awesome with my dog and took very good care of everything on only a week’s notice! She sent lots of updates and pictures as well. My dog had a great time!

Charity is a really sweet girl and Koby (golden doodle) seemed to really like her. I appreciate the check ins and the pictures. We also never did home sitting before so I appreciate Charity taking care of our home. The only feedback I would give is better time management. We communicated with Charity that she should could leave around 1 pm as we were getting back in town around 4. She also agreed to this time. She didn’t end up leaving until right before we got home (actually saw her getting in her car while we were pulling up) and I think that’s just a bit unprofessional. I wanted her to be comfortable but at the end of the day, it’s not an Airbnb so if we agree on a time to leave, I don’t want to be on my way home and she is rush cleaning the floors. ( We have a camera that I would occasionally use to check in on Koby (common area aimed at his play pen). Again, appreciate it but that aspect kind of rubbed me the wrong way. Probably won’t rebook a home sitting (not a huge fan; personal preference) but again, she did extremely well with Koby.

Schedule

I work from 8am-5pm, M-F, I have a few hobbies but other than that I’m sitting! If your pet is able to be let out every 5 hours then our schedules should align perfectly. PLEASE NOTE: If your pet needs to be let out before 6:00am I will not be able to provide services for you.

Cats
0 to 15 lbs
16 to 40 lbs
Charity can host up to 3 drop-ins per day
If you have an aggressive dog I may not be the sitter for you. We might just need to schedule a meet and greet and see just how they are with me. If it’s just leash aggression I can handle that because I tend to work with smaller dogs, but if they’re more so aggressive towards other humans it’d be best to meet first.
Each sitter joining Rover needs to pass a background check. And by booking on Rover, you can get photo & message updates, 24/7 support, and reimbursement for eligible vet care.
