I believe and know that Charity would provide loving care and great customer service, like she did with me and my dog and she knows how to keep our animals safe. She genuinely cares about others and our pets. Charity experience in caring for my Lucy showed me her dedication and compassion. And she even taught my dog new ques and manners. Charity is also an awesome human being is her ability to connect with animals and people alike, making everyone feel comfortable, valued, and educated. She really loves what she does from the caretaker aspect all the way to the human and friend aspect. She really makes an effort to understand what each pet needs. She handles difficult situations with a calm and patient approach. Charity is thoughtful and quick action-best option thinker to be able to understand what's going on and deescalate and solve the situation. I would not only recommend her for jobs with animals and pets involved but any job seeing the way she operates and cares about what she's doing and making sure she does it right is awesome and she will always have a returning customer and now friend in me.
