🤎 Animal Enthusiast 🤎

Rover Hi 🤎 My name is Charity and I call myself a professional critter sitter! Well versed in animal care of all varieties! Household includes: two dogs, two cats, one parrot. Property includes: multiple cow breeds, horses, donkey, goats, sheep, and chickens. No matter the animal, I’m confident I have the experience and patience to provide excellent care for your beloved companion! My home is perfectly set up for animal care complete with a doggie door, fenced back yard, 16 acres for leashed walks. My husband and I are also converting our basement to the “zoo layer” where I have additional critter cages for boarding bunnies, ferrets, and other small critters. This includes safe sectioned off play areas. ✨Boarding: I accept up to three pups at a time. This means dogs staying at my home will likely have a play mate or two during their stay. I pay close attention to temperaments and behavior and can separate dogs if they do not get along. If you want your dog to be the only one at my home I do consider those requests for an additional fee and if booked far enough in advance. I also accept boarding requests for animals other than cats and dogs. If you need this service please message me for details and pricing (pricing depends on the animal and their requirements). ✨House Sitting: Not currently offering house sitting services. ✨Drop-In Visits: because I usually have dogs and other animals in my home I usually only do 2-3 drop ins a day. If you need more than 3 please message me to discuss your needs and I can do my best to make it work. I do not bring my dogs to drop ins so that time is strictly for your pets only. ✨Doggy Daycare: Not currently offering doggy daycare services. ✨Dog Walking: Not currently offering dog walking services. ✨Meet & Greet: I generally require a meet and greet for new clients prior to booking. A meet and greet typically lasts 15 mins to 1 hour. This is a complimentary service to ensure pets and their owners are completely comfortable! If the request is for boarding the meet and greet is held at my home. If the request is a drop in the meet and greet is held at your home. I’ve very flexible on when as long as it’s before requested start date of service.

Charity Ann took wonderful care of our dog Dooley while we were out of town. You can tell she genuinely loves animals and was so in tune with helping Dooley adjust to his new surroundings. Her dogs and cats are adorable. Charity Ann sent pictures and updates which we so appreciated. Will definitely have Dooley stay with her again.

Our pets loved their time with Charity Ann, there are so many creatures for them to watch and interact with. Her dogs are wonderful, and it is just abundantly clear how much they love animals. It was our first time booking for both our cat and our dog - and they did well. Charity Ann was very communicative, sent updates and photos. Definitely will book again.

The dogs were happy and well when we picked them up. We received some photos and enjoyable texts about our pets while we were gone. Good communication. Flexible when plans change. Carefully assessed our dogs and their needs in combination with her critters

Charity kept my senior pup Buster for two nights this past weekend. He's very dog selective, thus has to be kept by himself/away from other dogs most of the time. I was pleased to find out she took the time to assess his personality and closely supervise an introduction to one of her very laid back dogs and all went well. He came home happy and well adjusted. I've already given her name to a local friend, and will check her schedule for future boarding needs.

Safety, trust & environment

We live on a farm and the entire property is fenced. Additionally, we have a separate fenced backyard area for dogs only and can enjoy anytime through doggie door access! Pets that do not know how to use a doggie door typically learn quickly, but if not, they can easily be let in an out through the back door as many times as they would like!
