Charissa was very responsive and helped us in a last-minute pinch. She was reliable and took great care of our cat and fish. She provided amazing updates so that we could rest easy while we were away!

This is the second time I’ve hired Charissa to care for our pets, and again I am so grateful for her care! It’s obvious she is very attentive to detail and loves the animals. We have two parrots who I was especially worried about leaving because they are so social and routine oriented, and Charissa spent quality time with them each day. I could tell by the videos and pictures that they loved her company. Definitely will contact her again next time we go on a trip!
