Whether I’m providing care in my own home or visiting yours, my approach is grounded in safety, trust, and creating a calm, pet-friendly environment. **In My Home:** * I maintain a clean, secure, and pet-proof environment. * Pets are never left unsupervised in unsafe areas, and I use closed doors to manage boundaries if needed. * All animals are introduced slowly and carefully to avoid stress or conflict, especially if there are other pets. * I follow your instructions for feeding, exercise, medication, and comfort items to help your pet feel at home. **In Clients' Homes:** * I respect your space and follow your routines as closely as possible to keep your pet comfortable. * I keep doors and gates secure at all times and double-check for any escape risks. * I provide regular updates, including photos/videos and messages, or phone/video calls so you feel connected and reassured while you’re away. * I observe pets for any changes in behavior or health and will notify you immediately if anything seems off. In all settings, I use positive reinforcement techniques, handle animals with compassion, and maintain high standards of hygiene. My goal is always to build a trusting bond with both you and your pet, creating a safe and stress-free experience for everyone.

Charisma was amazing! Buck clearly loved her and was so comfortable the entire time. She kept me updated with daily photos, which I really appreciated, and her communication was great throughout. What stood out most was her ability to problem-solve—she handled small issues confidently and kept me informed without making anything stressful.
Charisma did a great job of checking on the cats and providing pictures to make me feel secure while away on my business trip. Would recommend!

Thanks so much to Charisma for stopping by to let Indigo out & feed him! My first time using the drop-in option on Rover. Great communication, quick replies, & she kept me updated on Indigo with pictures & followed up with me when she left! I will definitely be using her again in the future! 😊
Charisma is amazing with my 11 week old puppy and my 10 year old pitbull. She’s very reliable and obviously cares about my dogs.

Schedule
I just graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and will be starting law school come August! I have open availability for the summer between 8-5 (sometimes a little later)!
