I currently work full time but I work from home Thursdays and Fridays. If you need me to dog sit M-W please keep in mind they will be alone from the hours of 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM. I’m fine with that if you are! I do workout in the evenings around 5-6 for approximately an hour and a half but I will play with your dog, walk, feed, during the time I’m home. Then after my workout I’ll be home to give all the cuddles and play time!

I live in a one-bedroom apartment in the heights. I love very close to memorial trail and I have a large dog park at my complex. My apartment is cosy and homey. I am a HUGE fan of cuddles and tug-o-war. I am extremely clean so I will take care of your home if I dog sit. I’m not afraid of a dog bath either if we have too much fun at the dog park. My complex offers a dog washing station.

Information Charis K. would like to know about your pet
My boyfriend’s dog, who sometimes stays over, is a half American bulldog, half mutt, and he has significant issues in his knees and hips so we just make sure not to let dogs jump on him. But I will more than likely not have him there while I board.
A typical day
I love to walk and run memorial park so I would take them there in the evenings. Or I would take them to the dog park and let them run around and play fetch. I would show them all my cooking skills in the kitchen (not sharing my food of course) and let them sniff. And if I’m feeling very adventurous then maybe try a few tricks. I would love to learn how to train dogs or teach them tricks. It would be good mental stimulation for both me and the pup. Then we would end the nights with lots of cuddles.

Pet care experience
I grew up in a boxer-loving family and then fostered during college. I also grew up with cats, horses, goats (FFA), fish; you name it! After college, I owned a dog for 6 years before she passed away. I have the cutest most wonderful dog. His name is Gohan and he’s a goofy boy. I would like to get a friend for him eventually. However, in the meantime, I would love to take care of your fur baby!

Charis was awesome with our fur family! Our sitting experience started as a disaster for her (TOTALLY ON US) that she handled with complete ease and calm (I was a stressed mess lol). Less than 2 hours after her arrival all our smoke detectors started going off. And going off. And wouldn't stop. This went on for several hours and required a call to an electrician that thankfully was able to get there very quickly and solved the problem. I was so grateful Charis was willing to stick it out and assist with letting the electrician in and problem solving. Charis gave our 2 pups and our cat lots of love and attention during the 4 day stay and left our house in perfect condition. Ziggy, Shelby Ann, Bear and I highly recommend.
Charis is my dog's new best friend! We were impressed with Charis' enthusiam for our dog and the amount of attention that she lavished on our pup! Also the house was let in perfect condition. And finally Charis sent multilple pictures and videos so there was never a doubt that our dog was having a gret time! thank you Charis and Rover!
Charis was punctual for our drop in time and was great hanging with our pup. Would use again!
