I’ve previously helped to care for a wide variety of dogs, as my Mum ran a successful home boarding business pre-pandemic, so whenever I visited home I always helped out and learned invaluable things from her. We have always had pets within the family and I’m now the proud dog Mom of a Lurcher rescue puppy!

I would definitely recommend Chara for any kind of dog care. She was accommodating last minute and helped with a short term stay. Jamie was definitely looked after very well and came back ready to snooze from his walkies :)

From the first meeting with Chara we felt comfortable, regular updates and news were sent The day before we came home Snoopy needed the vet for an ongoing condition and Chara sorted it all out the appointment, taking him to the appointment, keeping us updated and starting his medication. I cannot speak highly enough of Snoopy’s care while we were away. Would highly recommend Chara and would definitely use her dog care when going away.

I work from home, where I live alone, and I live a very active lifestyle! Your pet would be safe and loved while with me. We would go on walks around Cardiff, either with my lurcher puppy or alone if that’s more comfortable for your dog.

My flat is a top storey apartment. I have a large, green field directly opposite the flat where they will be taken for toilet breaks if they are already appropriately socialised.
