With hands-on experience in sitting, boarding, drop-in visits, and dog walking, I ensure each pet receives personalized attention, safety, and affection. I’m especially patient with puppies and high-energy dogs, supporting early socialization and leash manners. I also have a gentle approach with senior pets, understanding their need for comfort, medication timing, and a slower pace. I’ve even cared for fish tanks, maintaining clean, stress-free environments for aquatic pets. Whether your pet is playful or shy, young or aging, I adapt my care to suit their unique personality — just like family. My goal is always the same: to create a calm, caring space where pets feel safe, loved, and at home.

The set up is a cat’s dream with lots of windows, places to climb and really caring people. This was our longest time away and we really appreciated the photos and updates.

This was the best way I could of handled my cats. We were moving to an area 90 minutes away from our existing home & we didn't want cats to get out or become anxious with the move out & move in. I found Chao who is just 10 minutes from new home. He partner Wayne is great caring for our cats too. The room they were in was very cat friendly with perches & hiding places. There were several litter boxes as cats can be picky. I felt like they really understood our cats behavior as our cars were born feral and are very standoffish. I could not of been more please with their care. I would use them again if the need arises.
Chao is great and patient with both of my cats! Also, really good at administrating eye drops to my shy kitty. She does a great job of communicating and keeping me updated on both my cats.
Chao was incredible with my cat Jet. She sent pictures everyday with a quick note on how Jet was going. She was very caring with Jet and very professional. I recommend her to all and I will be scheduling with her again in the future.

Schedule
Pet care is seamlessly woven into my everyday life — I work 100% from home, which means I’m always nearby, attentive, and available for your pet’s needs throughout the day. Be alert, Drop-off / Pick-up Times On Saturdays between 9:15–11:30 AM and 9:30 AM–12:00 PM, I cannot accommodate drop-offs or pick-ups. Please plan around these times.

Your cat’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. My home is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood that provides a peaceful setting for relaxing, playing, and adjusting to new surroundings. I have both an enclosed office and a guest room available, which can be used as private spaces for cats who prefer (or need) their own quiet environment. This ensures that every kitty feels secure—whether they enjoy socializing or need their own retreat.

Every pet has their own personality, and I love making their stay fun, stimulating, and joyful! Here are just some of the activities your furry (or finned!) friend can look forward to: For Dogs: Daily walks and sniff-tastic neighborhood strolls Playtime in a safe indoor/outdoor area — fetch, tug-of-war, or frisbee Puzzle toys and treat games to keep their minds sharp Quiet cuddle time for naps and belly rubs Light training reinforcement for basic commands (sit, stay, paw) For Cats: Interactive toy sessions with feather wands and laser pointers Climbing and exploring cat-safe furniture or shelves Brushing and lap time for affectionate cats Window perching and birdwatching from safe spots Puzzle feeders or slow-feeding enrichment For Fish: Peaceful tank monitoring with calming ambient light Timed feedings and clean water checks Background music or soft speaking for interaction (yes, some fish respond!) I tailor every activity to your pet’s energy level, preferences, and comfort — whether they love to chase, cuddle, or chill. Their happiness is my mission!
