Hi, I'm Chantel. An animal lover with a passion for dogs and cats. Having grown up surrounded by animals, I recently relocated from Buffalo, NY to North Carolina and have found the people and weather here to be exceptional. In addition to my role as a Speech Pathologist Assistant, I work as an ESL Teacher and offer dog sitting services through Rover. When I'm not working, I find joy in spending time with my pets, exploring the outdoors, and staying active through jogging and hiking. The recent loss of my beloved cat, who lived to the age of 24, inspired me to explore and appreciate different species of animals. Currently, I share my life with Phoebe, a delightful 5-year-old shih tzu mix, and my love for animals knows no bounds. In 2018, I successfully assisted in the recovery of a stolen dog, Storm, by proactively creating flyers, conducting investigations, and leveraging social media to spread the word. The heartwarming outcome of this experience reinforces my commitment to helping and caring for animals. I would be honored to meet and care for your pet. My clients are placed on a schedule. We wake up before 9:00am, we go out, we eat breakfast, take up to 30 min walks if able. We come back home, relax and play, go outside, eat dinner, go out a third time and time for bed. If the client is new, I try my best to keep them calm by playing with them and a lot of petting.

Chantel looked after my 2-month old kitten and did an amazing job. She kept him company, played with him, introduced him to her dog and guinea pigs, and moved at his pace. Her experience with kittens, who often have a lot of energy, was important to me, as they are prime to learn and pickup any behavior. The fact that my kitten came back more loving and cuddley assures me he was in great hands. Would highly recommend Chantel to cat owners!
Chantel accomadated us on a very short notice. Sonya was very happy staying with Chantel and the rest of her new friends.
Chantel was amazing, took great care of our dog, he was very happy when we picked him up, with the daily updates we were never worried while away on vacation. Will definitely want to book with her again!

Schedule
Starting December 23, 2025- January 23, 2025 I’ll be on my school break as a speech Teacher in schools. At this time I’ll be home most of the time.
