Depending on the location of your home and the physical exercise your pet desires I typically search out walking paths, trails, ponds, lakes or even a dog park, if agreed on. I also enjoy being in the yard, walking enjoying nature and conversations, especially with chickens!

Pet care experience
Tending and caring for animals has always brought me great joy. As a child I developed a deep connection with animals growing up with many dogs, cats and rabbits in our home. I started dog sitting partime in 2017 which grew to cats, chickens, bunnies and house sitting. The care of your animal "s" is my top priority. With younger pups I enjoying working to teach basic commands and rewarding them with treats, physical touch, words of affirmation or continued play. I'm available for 30/60min. drop ins, walks/jogs, hikes, swims, car rides, day time companionship or over nights while you're away. In addition I have experience with special needs pets that require specific medications, bathing and or brushing.

We couldn't be happier with Chantal! Will definitely book her again in the future! We received nice daily updates and photos and our dogs were VERY well taken care of during our time away. All medications were given, they got walks every day and most of all, they were loved and spoiled while we were gone! Chantal was very respectful of our home and everything was super tidy when we came home, what a treat! Thank you Chantal, for the best pet sitting experience we've had in a long time!

Chantel cared for my dog during a raft tour. She gave great instructions how to get to the house. My dog went on a walk and had a great time! She sent great pics and updates
Chantal is very professional in all aspects of the engagement, from the initial contact through the meet and greet to the final feedback discussion. She sent daily pics and memo updates to ease my mind. The house was returned in great shape. I hope that she will be available the next time I need housesitting.
