The care provided was absolutely phenomenal, exceeding all expectations. ​From start to finish, the sitter was amazing with communication. We received periodic videos and constant updates that kept us completely at ease and showed us how much fun Brownie was having. It was clear that Brownie was enjoying his daily walks and getting lots of attention and exercise. ​What truly set this experience apart was the incredible personal touch: the sitter gifted Brownie a custom-built dog collar! It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that demonstrated how much she genuinely cared. ​Brownie absolutely loved his stay, which is the best review we could ask for.
