Our dog responded to her right away, and over time we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in his behavior, leash manners, and overall responsiveness. What really stands out is her level of control and attentiveness. She handles him with consistency and care, ensuring each walk is not just exercise, but also reinforces good habits. It’s obvious she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and treats them as if they were her own. She’s also reliable, professional, and communicative, which makes the entire experience stress-free. We feel completely comfortable knowing our dog is in such capable hands. Chantel was amazing with our cat Casper,we were gone for 12 days and they both became quite taken with each other. From the moment I met Chantel I absolutely knew he would be taken care of, o worries at all. Will definitely be using her in the future not only for Casper but our dog as well. THanks so much
