Whether you need a reliable sitter for a weekend getaway or regular help during the week, I’m here to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for—just like they would at home. I specialize in dogs of all breeds small and medium sizes, and I always take time to learn your pet’s unique personality and routine. I also run a small Etsy shop creating custom dog-themed décor, so animals are a big part of my life in every way!

Communication was good and the stay went smoothly overall. She was polite and responsive throughout the booking. Overall, things went fine, and this sitter will be a great match for smaller dogs due to her pet’s size.
Tyson was well taken care of. She took pictures to let me see him and to give me updates.
My husband and I have 100% confidence in Chantal. She always provides great updates, is very flexible around drop off and pick up times— which is especially important when a train or a flight is delayed — and our dogs are treated as if they are her own, with lots of snuggling and play time. We have no anxieties about them while we’re gone. Highly recommended!
Charlie and Ben very much enjoyed their stay with Chantal during my wedding week in Lynchburg! Charlie was a little hesitant at first (as is his usual), but became glued to Chantal very quickly; two peas in a pod! I love that Chantal's home is off the road a bit, and in a neighborhood where the homes sit on decent sized land. Her home is open, and has a screened in porch perfect for naps in the sun. Once Charlie adjusted, I was able to relax and enjoy my festivities knowing my fur babies were in very good hands! If im ever back in Lynchburg needing doggy care, I wouldn't hesitate to call on Chantal again!

Schedule
I stay and work for my Etsy store at home with my 12 years old Shih Tzu, so I am available almost every day and night. I also can walk them if needed.

A typical day
Structured yet relaxed day with plenty of affection and attention. I start the morning with a potty break and walk, followed by breakfast and some quiet cuddle time. Afternoon is perfect for backyard playtime, depending on your pet’s energy level. Evening are for winding down with belly rubs and relaxing time on the porch.
