I love bonding with animals and will take the time to build trust with you pet working within their boundaries. I have over 20 years of experience with cats and over 10 years with dogs. I will be your pets best friend and favourite visitor! I have an active lifestyle and would love to tire your pupper out on a walk or run at their pace. I currently have no pets of my own, so would be able to give your animal my full attention to create a safe and open space for them :)

I won’t be bringing any animals with me so can provide tailored attention to your pet to fit their needs whether they are more introverted or extroverted. I love to play fetch and tug of war with dogs. I treat pets like family members and will ensure they get the care they need.

Chantal was incredible! She sent updates for every visit with our two cats and carefully followed our instructions. She played with them and even made them an enrichment toy with treats!! She was very respectful of the boundaries the cats set and was careful to get to know them slowly. Will definitely book with her next time we’re out of town!
Chantal responded super quickly when we were left stranded by another (non-Rover) pet-sitter. We were so appreciative!! She sent us videos of the cats while we were away and it made us (me especially) feel much less nervous about leaving the cats - we have two. One of our cats is super nervous and hides when any new person comes into the house, but she made fast friends with Chantal!! Honestly - it was such a relief to have someone really caring come in and care for the cats.
Chantal has an outgoing and friendly personality, which is perfectly matched to her loving and caring personality. She has cared for my very large dog and is both reliable and respectful. She can appreciate the boundaries and safety that is involved with the each pet accordingly. Such a joyful and wonderful young lady!
Chantal was great with my dog Miko, despite him being a little stubborn by times ;). She followed the schedule that was laid out and Miko loved her. I’ve known Chantal for years and would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter.
