Chanell was fantastic with my dog and navigating his quirks.
Fluffy loves staying with Chanell. Chanell sent me updates and always responded to my messages in a timely fashion. She is kind natured, flexible and understanding (when travel plans may not have gone as planned) she was supportive. Fluffy goes and comes homes home happy! Thank you Chanell!
DO NOT BOOK WITH CHANELL. We thought that we were getting a knowledgeable sitter who could work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and energy levels. Instead we got a sitter who makes promises she can’t keep and who can’t keep her stories consistent. Our dog Oreo just turned 2 and he is a very high energy pup. She offered to house train him to help him settle in the house better. The day after we paid an extra $200 for her to house train him, she attempts to call our emergency contact to see if they could come get Oreo since he was being “uncooperative”. She did not reach out to us AT ALL. I had to call her after my emergency contact got in touch with me. He had been with her for 3 days and she sent nothing but stellar reports, so this was completely out of left field. Once I called her, she said that she couldn’t take care of Oreo anymore and that she contacted Rover to get Oreo transferred to a different sitter. We had to deal with this absolute nightmare thousands of miles away from our dog. It was stressful and terrifying. We eventually got Oreo transferred over to Amanda C, another sitter here on Rover. She had nothing but good things to say about Oreo. He was getting along great with her dogs and the other dogs she was sitting, and she even dressed Oreo up in a little Christmas sweater since he was staying with her over the holidays. He loved his time there and we will definitely be booking with her again. If you’re in the LA area, DO NOT BOOK with Chanell. I highly recommend Amanda C. in Monterey Park.
Chanell was very responsive and gave us lots of updates and photos of Buddy, even through the busy holidays. She took great care of him and I would definitely board with her again! I also really appreciate her transparency as Buddy sustained a small scrape towards the end of his boarding but she took great care of him and was very upfront about it.
Chanell took excellent care of Wally! Would recommend, she's a pro.

I can host 10 pets per week. The pups will access to the courtyard, go on walks, and potty breaks. I have gates in my home for the pups to settle or sleep in their own space. All cats will have their own space with all of their belongings. I do highly encourage cat owners to bring a crate. Last but not least everyone will have a chance to free roam the house throughout the day. We will also enjoy other activities such as: pack walking, and play/social time. Policies: - A fee will be applied if your pick up time is after the scheduled time. - If fleas or ticks are found during the booking, a flea and tick bath will be provided at an additional cost. - At drop off appointments you must provide any necessary items such as: leashes, bowls, beds, food, and etc. - Accept any modification request once confirmed. - A fee will be applied for last minute requests. - If any damages occur during your pets stay, a fee will be applied depending on damage.

I love to taking dogs outside throughout the day. It is a great way to exercise, and explore. Also, I am experienced with cats. Cats are very vocal and playful around me.
