I previously managed a busy dog daycare and boarding facility, where I oversaw the daily care of dogs of different breeds, sizes, ages, energy levels, and personalities. I’m especially comfortable with large and high-energy dogs and understand that every dog has different needs. I have experience working around dogs who may be nervous, easily overstimulated, shy, or need a little extra patience. I believe in positive, respectful handling and pay close attention to each pet’s body language rather than forcing interactions. I’ve also worked in a veterinary clinic environment, which strengthened my attention to changes in a pet’s behavior, appetite, bathroom habits, and overall well-being. While I don’t provide veterinary care, I understand the importance of following care instructions carefully and communicating quickly with pet parents when something seems unusual.
