Lovely to meet Chai and his girlfriend earlier in the week before they looked after our excitable yorkipoo puppy one Saturday night - Pepe was well looked after! He had treats and and attention and obviously really enjoyed playtime, right up until the moment they left! We really appreciated the video updates and flexibility in heading over to our place. Very genuine and kind people. Would book either of them again in a heartbeat - they were very enthusiastic and reassuringly asked the right questions to ensure our dog was safe and happy during their stay.

I cannot recommend Chai enough for anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable cat sitter. It was clear that he has an in-depth understanding of feline behavior and a deep love for cats. He took the time to get to know my cat, Kiki, and was incredibly attentive to her specific needs and quirks. Not only did he provide excellent care by keeping my cat’s routine consistent, but he also went above and beyond in noticing small details—like her favorite hiding spots and how she prefers to be petted—that made all the difference in helping my cat feel comfortable and safe. Throughout my time away, Chai also kept me updated with regular check-ins, sharing pictures and updates that reassured me that my cat was in the best hands. It’s clear that Chai has a true passion for animals and a wealth of experience in understanding them. I returned home to a happy, healthy cat, and I will definitely be reaching out to Chai for any future pet sitting needs :)
