Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and wellbeing always come first. I follow all the recommended animal welfare guidelines and take extra care to make sure every pet feels comfortable and secure from day one. Before any booking, I like to arrange a meet-and-greet to get to know your pet — their personality, temperament, and what helps them feel at ease. Home Care: When looking after pets in their own homes, I make sure their usual routine is kept as normal as possible. I double-check that all doors and gates are secure before letting any dogs out, keeping their environment calm and familiar. Dog Walking: I plan walks carefully, matching dogs with similar temperaments, sizes, and energy levels. I never overcrowd groups — it’s all about balance and safety. For transport, I use a secure, well-ventilated crate system in my van so every dog travels comfortably and safely. My goal is simple: to build trust with every pet I care for and give owners complete peace of mind knowing their furry friends are in safe, experienced hands.

Information Chad S. would like to know about your pet

Every dog is different, and knowing the little details helps me give the best possible care. The more I understand about your dog’s personality, habits, and health, the better I can tailor their time with me. Behaviour: If your dog has any quirks or challenges — like leash reactivity, separation anxiety, fear of loud noises, or unease around other dogs or people — please let me know. It’s nothing to worry about; it just helps me plan walks and care routines that keep them comfortable and happy. Health: It’s also important I know about any health issues, such as: Ongoing illnesses or conditions Allergies or sensitive stomachs Joint or mobility problems Hearing or vision loss Being open and honest about your pet’s needs means I can adapt and make sure they get the care, attention, and reassurance they deserve.

A typical day

Most days, you’ll find me out and about with two lively walking groups — one in the morning around 10 AM, and another in the afternoon around 1:30 PM. Depending on the dogs in the group, we might head to a local park, explore wide open fields, or enjoy some time in a safe enclosed area where they can really let loose. Here’s what a typical walk might include: Energetic games: Fetch, frisbee, or a good old-fashioned chase — perfect for the playful ones. Sniffing adventures: Time to explore, follow scents, and enjoy being curious — it’s great mental stimulation. Social time: For dogs who enjoy company, I carefully match them with others who share similar energy levels and temperaments, making sure interactions stay positive and safe. Every walk is designed to be fun, enriching, and tailored to each dog’s personality — plenty of exercise, stimulation, and happy tails all round.

Pet care experience

For as long as I can remember, dogs have been a huge part of my life. Over the years, I’ve cared for all sorts — from playful puppies finding their paws to gentle seniors who just want a quiet cuddle. I’ve had the joy of looking after everything from tiny Brussels Griffons to giant English Mastiffs, each with their own quirks and charm. Much of my time has been spent managing small groups of dogs, whether out exploring open fields or in safe, enclosed spaces. I’ve learnt how to keep even the most energetic breeds — like Labradors, Border Collies, and Cocker Spaniels — happy, calm, and well-exercised. Above all, I take pride in creating a caring, fun, and secure environment where every dog feels at home.
