I work from home and I have a rescue we took in about 6 years ago named Sandy. I can take your pup for a run or just play with them in the back yard. I also have a doogie door your pooch is free to use. Sandy is very friendly and loves playing - he will play all day if you dog wants to. However, he is not dominant and will leave your pup alone if they don’t want to play. Your doggie will get lots of attention and love while you are gone. I do have two daughters age 10 & 12 however they are not always home on the weekends. I have also taught them the boundaries of being around pets. As pet lover myself, I understand the difficulty of finding someone to care for your pet. Please know your pet will be cared for as I care for my own.

I work from home so your pet will get as much attention as needed. I am also a runner if that is something your pet enjoys.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a sizeable privacy-fenced backyard and I take frequent walks around the neighborhood. Sandy is not crated at night however if that is what your pet needs that is no problem.

A typical day
I will have daily activities playing fetch, or walking around the neighborhood to help burn off some excess energy. A tired dog is a happy dog.
