Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover living in the Park Ave area. I have years of professional experience working with dogs, including dog walking, running, and in-home sitting. Before moving to Rochester, I worked with Rover in Washington DC, caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’m also a dog owner myself — so I understand how important it is to find someone you can fully trust with your pets. I have a calm, friendly, and outgoing personality that helps dogs feel comfortable quickly, whether they’re energetic, shy, or somewhere in between. If I’m staying at a client’s home, then I would keep them company at all times, play with their toys, make sure they plenty of food/water, and taking them out for plenty of walks! :)

Cesar is fantastic! I had my dog for only two weeks and had to head out of town somewhat last minute. Cesar was responsive to my messages and then it was clear that he had a great disposition as soon as he met my pup. Cesar asked all the right questions when we met to discuss and stayed in contact with me while I was traveling. I couldn't have been happier!
Cesar was an absolutely outstanding house sitter for our dog, Bruce! We were a bit anxious when we found out days before a weekend trip that we were not able to board Bruce because he was sick. As first-time Rover users we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were immediately relieved when Cesar offered to stop by for a meet and greet the day before we were leaving. He asked knowledgeable questions and was willing to be flexible with whatever we needed on short notice. Bruce can’t be alone for very long so it was a big ask, but Cesar sent great updates while we were gone and Bruce seemed to be so comfortable around him right away. Our apartment was also spotless when we returned. Would 100% recommend Cesar whenever you need a sitter!
Cesar was amazing with our pups. We needed to head out of town last second and he was able to stay at the house, walk the dogs several times each day, sent pictures and was very loving with them when he came over to meet them the first time. We would and will book Cesar to watch or walk them as our first choice in the future. Thanks Cesar!
César walked and dog sat for my dog Mai. Mai is a leash reactive dog and César has always handled her with care and firmness. He's also a lovely person, a good listener and respectful of people and their dogs alike. He communicates well, is dependable and is on time and really enjoys dogs, being a dog owner himself. I highly recommend him as a dog walker!
Cesar was absolutely great with Frankie, exercised and played with him and sent regular updates and pictures.
Cesar did a fantastic job taking care of my two dogs for an entire weekend and taking them out on 1-hour walks, feeding them, and sending me plenty of pictures. I had a family emergency and needed to fly across country... He was responsive and kept me informed regarding one of my dogs who is taking medication. He was extremely considerate in our house, super respectful, honest, and reliable... I could go on and on. I trust him and know my dogs are in great hands when he's taking care of them. Another thing, he is extremely well with large dogs. I have two large labs and he handled them with ease when he first met them. I highly recommend hiring Cesar for your daily dog walks/house sitting!

Schedule
I work remotely Monday through Friday and am off on weekends. I can of course make time if a dog needs a quick walk or check-in during my day job, but also my job is very flexible with my dog gigs.
