I’ve been an animal lover since the day I was born. From having hamsters, fishes, birds, dogs, and cats. My love for animals has always been unconditional, and my nurturing skills are parent like. Being able to tell a dog or cats body language is essential. I’m great at observing behavior and understanding signs. Patience to me has to be on of the biggest keys when working with animals. My Siberian Husky (Zeus) has taught me to have a lot of it. I have a very calm demeanor, helping any type of animal remain calm around me as they feel those vibes and energy. Creating a relationship with the owner and pet is super important to me. Being on the same page with you guys is key. I look forward to creating everlasting memories.

Responsible and loving caregiver are understatements. Cesar is a man of heart and soul, he has a unique connection with his own pup, Zeus, honestly it’s impressive how well he takes care of his family(Zeus included). Cesar and Zeus are like brothers and Zeus has never even misbehaved in his care they’re truly free and both have an infectiously good vibe to them. I hope through my words you all see that he is qualified or even over-qualified to be a Rover Caregiver.
Cesar is best dog owner I know!! Zeus is his dog and he treats him like he’s his bestfriend always thinking and doing for his dog. I’ve known Cesar all my life, he is smart and a very hard working man. I see how he is with his dog zeus and with my dogs and wow I definitely recommend him to anyone!
I have known Cesar for a while now and he is such a hard-working, down-to-earth guy who has the biggest heart for dogs. He takes very good care of his dog Zeus. He takes him on long walks and gives him a lot of play time to get his energy out. I like the fact that he really makes sure he pays full attention so he knows exactly what Zeus needs, exactly when he needs it. I definitely would definitely recommend Cesar to anyone.
