My wife and I, we both work 100% from home. It's great that we have the flexibility and time to incorporate pet care for short or long overnight stays, since we are home full time. We do make sure: To follow your pet schedule based on your request, and make sure they have access to fresh water all day. Take your pet to our large safe fenced backyard, where they can relax and have play session to help them get exercise and burn off energy. Spend some quality time bonding with your pet, while they play with other dogs. Take short breaks throughout the day to play and stretch and If your pet requires additional exercise, engage in more energetic playtime. Ensure your pet has a comfortable sleeping area, such as a bed, the couch or their own crate if you provide one. Provide them with any necessary nighttime routines, such as bathroom breaks or additional cuddle time. Remember, each pet has their own unique needs, based on their age, and your specific requirements. Regular exercise, mental stimulation, and quality time together are essential for a happy and healthy pets, and with us being available all day this situation, can provide them with the attention they need throughout the day until it is time for them to go back home.

Information Cesar Agustin & April R. would like to know about your pet

For the safety of all pets and peace of mind of all parents before booking a stay, we would like to know the following ahead of time to ensure their well-being and provide appropriate care. Here are some key details that are important to know about your dog: Health Information: It is crucial to be aware of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions the dog may have. Information about their current vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, even during the winter, as we occasionally experience warm weather, and fleas can survive outdoors in temperatures as low as 30+ degrees for up to a week. and any ongoing medication or supplements is also important. ***** Behavioral History*****: We genuinely adore all breeds of dogs and believe they all deserve love and care. However, we do not take at the current moment Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Bullmastiff, German Shepherds, Doberman or any potentially and or considered aggressive dogs or has history of not getting along with other dogs. We do prefer dogs that are already house-trained, but if it is not trained yet that is ok. This is important for the safety of my other clients that there are no known aggression issues. Understanding the dog's behavior is essential for creating a safe and comfortable environment for all pets. Information about their temperament, any anxiety triggers, fear or aggression issues, and past behavioral incidents can help in managing and preventing any potential problems. Daily Routine: Knowing your dog's regular routine, including feeding times, exercise needs, and bathroom habits, will allow us to maintain consistency and provide proper care. Training and Commands: Information about the dog's training level and commands they know can help in effective communication and ensure their safety during walks or outings. Socialization and Compatibility: If the dog will be interacting with other dogs or animals, it is important to know their socialization skills, how they behave around other dogs. Veterinary Information: Knowing the contact information of your dog's regular veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic is essential in case of any health emergencies or concerns that may arise.

I aim to provide engaging and enjoyable activities for the dogs under my care. Here are some fun activities I may do with the dogs, depending on their preferences and energy levels: Playtime in the Yard: I will engage the dogs in interactive games such as fetch, tug-of-war, or playing with their favorite toys in our safe and secure yard area. Doggie Playdates: If the dog is comfortable and sociable with other dogs, I may organize playdates with other dogs for socialization and fun.

Pet care experience

Hello, A little story of how we ended up here. My wife April and I found Rover by looking for a place that our Scooby Doo will feel safe, and be like home. A place where he can play and have fun with other dogs and not be in a cage most of the day or not knowing how he's doing. We had such a great experience that we now decided to create a profile of our own. There is nothing quite like dog therapy and we enjoy this so much! We give tons of affection to the animals we watch.. Lots of love and much attention! We are dedicated to making your animals the happiest that we can! I feel we have great intuition with animals needs and we are always looking to make our work the most fulfilling and rewarding as we possibly can. We will always make sure you and your dogs needs are met and that we will provide the highest quality of love and care possible! We’ve lived and cared for dogs all of most of our life. If you're looking for a place that will care and give love to your doggie, you found the right place while you need to be away from your baby.

My dog Winnie stayed with Cesar and April last year when we went out of town. This year we added our newest addition, Gigi, and she loved it just as much as Winnie did. Winnie had so much fun she didn’t want to leave and pouted the whole way home. She loves his Great Dane Scooby who is a gentle giant.
