_French below_ My name is Cerine, I'm a currently a student at Polytechnique de Montréal so my schedule is flexible. Before the pandemic, I volunteered at no-kill animal shelter is Montreal, it was a wonderful experience and it made me aware of how much I loved taking care of and spending time with animals. Currently, I am an owner of pet rodents and cats. Taking care of animals- big or small, is one of my many passions. I love learning about each individual pets personality, likes and dislikes I find it amazing how each animal has its own distinct personality. I am experienced and competent as I had a special animal training class offered by Le Centre Jacinthe Bouchard, a reknown animal trainer in Canada. I also trained rats and mentored other students as a part of my high school curriculum for four years. As your sitter, I would visit your pets and give them what they need : whether it is feeding, cleaning, grooming, walking as well as giving medicine (if necessary). As a current university student, my schedule is flexible and we could always discuss the time. Your dog(s) or cat (or any other animal for that matter) will spend an amazing time in my care. Avant la pandemie, j'étais bénévole au Réseau Secours Animal, un refuge animalier sans euthanasie. Le temps que j'y ai passé m'a permis de me rendre compte à quel point j'adore prendre soins de différents animaux. J'ai la chance de pouvoir vivre avec des rongeurs de compagnie ainsi que deux chats en ce moment. Prendre soin des animaux, petits ou grands, est ma passion. En plus d'être compétente je suis aussi expérimenté, ayant reçu une formation spéciale du Centre Jacinthe-Bouchard et ayant dressé des rats dans le cadre du curriculum scolaire, je maîtrise convenablement le conditionnement positif. Je visiterais votre animal et lui fournirait tout ce dont il a besoin, en plus de m'assurer qu'il se soit bien amusé. Mon horaire est flexible et il me fera plaisir de discuter avec vous. Si je réponds à vos critères, n'hésitez pas à me contacter, il me fera grand plaisir de prendre soin de votre ami à quatre pattes (ou moins!).

Safety, trust & environment
I always make sure that the animal's body language is relaxed and does not indicate any type of pain or discomfort. I strongly believe that animal's boundaries, just like our own, should be respected as to not only avoid causing harm but also to gain their trust, to this day, I have never met a pet I was not able to get along which is something I am proud of. As a rule of thumb, fresh water is always available as well as a clean litter (for those who use it), occasional treats and proper servings of food depending on their size, breed and condition.

Cerine a de bonnes connaissances sur les chats et respecte leur caractère et leurs préférences. Mes chats ont tout de suite aimé Cerine. Ils ont été cajolés et divertis à chacune de ses visites. Les essentiels ont été pris en charge sans problème : nourriture, eau et litière. J’ai reçu beaucoup de photos et d’informations pendant ses passages. Les communications étaient faciles et claires. Je vais certainement faire appel à Cerine à nouveau.
Très heureuse d’avoir trouvé Cerine pour venir s’occuper de mes chats. Gentille et passionnée des animaux. Je la recommande!
Cerine went above and beyond when caring for my cats. You can tell she truly loves animals. I felt peace knowing she was keeping them company when I was away. Highly recommend.
Very nice person who took good care of my old cuddle monster. I was worried about my cat, but Cerine took good care and he wasn't too grumpy, because I had left him. I'd definitely recommend Cerine.
She is very dedicated in what she's doing. Very responsible and kind.
Cerine did an absolutely amazing job walking our dogs! Very kind and polite and both our dogs loved her company :) She kept us updated with photos each day and it was a pleasure having her. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Schedule
I'm currently a full time student, however I always find time to care for my own pets as well as those of others as I am able to prioritize and manage my time properly.
