Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I bring a lot of love, energy, and attentiveness into caring for them. From I was a child I have been surrounded by cats, dogs and birds, and was raised to care for them as family members. I'm active and make sure the dog gets the physical exercise and mental stimulation they need, whether it’s long walks, playtime, or enrichment games. When I was 23 years old I raised a flat coated retriever from puppyhood, so I understand the time, patience, and consistency it takes to care for young, energetic dogs. I’m also involved in animal welfare work through DOOA, where I am part of the cat team, and I’m deeply committed to helping all animals live enriched, happy lives in safe and loving homes. I believe in building trust through positive reinforcement and kindness, and I adapt my approach to suit each animal’s personality. I currently have one female cat, who gets along well with other animals as long as they give her space.
