Celia is warm, reliable, and totally professional. She’s asked thoughtful questions about Kenzi’s routine, personality, and care needs, which has given me peace of mind. Celia sends daily updates with photos and sweet little notes about how Kenzi is doing. It’s so reassuring to see Kenzi relaxed and content. She clearly feels comfortable and safe with Celia. That kind of connection doesn’t happen by accident; it comes from someone who genuinely loves and understands animals. My home is always left spotless too — litter box clean, food dishes washed, and a happy cat waiting for me. Celia goes above and beyond. Celia has taken care of my Pomeranian before and he loves her. He gets lots of attention from her like pets and cuddles, making sure he’s fed (treats too 🙂) and I always know that he will be well taken care of in her care.
