Pet care isn't a side gig for me — it's an extension of what I already do professionally. My life revolves around animal care — both professionally and at home. I intentionally structure my schedule so that every pet in my care gets consistent routines, timely medications, regular potty breaks, and attentive monitoring throughout the day and night. I don't overbook. Your pet is never an afterthought — they're my priority.

About Celestial B.

Safety, trust & environment

In my home: My home is intentionally set up to be calm, quiet, and controlled. I take very limited pets at a time — no overcrowding, no chaotic energy. Your pet gets consistent daily routines (feeding, potty breaks, rest, and activity), attentive monitoring throughout the day and night, and safe, supervised backyard access. I maintain a predictable environment so your pet can settle in and feel secure — not overwhelmed. In your home: When I care for pets in the client's home, I follow your pet's existing routines as closely as possible. I keep everything familiar — same feeding schedule, same potty routine, same sleeping spots. I provide updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing. For medical visits, I arrive on time, administer medications or treatments per your veterinarian's instructions, and make sure your pet is comfortable before I leave. For all pets in my care: I monitor for subtle changes in behavior, appetite, energy, and comfort. I administer medications (oral, injectable, inhaled) and subcutaneous fluids as prescribed by your vet. I never rush. I never overbook. Every pet gets my full attention and genuine care.

Information Celestial B. would like to know about your pet

Medical needs — Any medications, conditions, allergies, or ongoing treatments? Veterinarian info — Who is your vet? If an emergency were to occur, I want to make sure we've gone over all the details in person so I know exactly how to act on your pet's behalf. Feeding routine — What do they eat, how much, how often? Any food sensitivities? Potty schedule — How often do they need breaks? Any accidents or signals I should know? Behavioral quirks — Are they reactive, fearful, anxious, or shy around new people? Do they resource guard? Any triggers? Comfort items — Favorite toy, blanket, bed? Anything that helps them feel safe? Energy level — High energy and need lots of activity, or low-key and prefer rest? Other animals — How do they do around other pets? Any history of aggression or fear? Boundaries — Anything they don't like? (being picked up, touched in certain areas, loud noises, etc.) Unique requests — Anything specific you'd like me to do or avoid?

A typical day

Every day is structured around your pet's needs and comfort — not my schedule. This is just a general look at what a typical pet stay looks like. Every pet is different, and everything adjusts based on your pet's specific needs. That's what our consultation is for — I will ensure your pet's routine and care plan are tailored to them. Morning: Potty break first thing, followed by breakfast at their regular feeding time. Medications administered if needed. For high-energy dogs, we go for a walk or a run depending on your preferences. For active young cats, it's playtime — string toys, chasing, and stimulation. For senior or low-energy pets, we keep it calm and easy. Midday: Potty break, supervised backyard time or a gentle walk depending on your pet's energy level. For active dogs, we play fetch or explore the yard. For seniors, a short stroll or just some fresh air and sniffing. Afternoon: Rest time, quiet companionship, and monitoring. I check in on appetite, water intake, energy levels, and overall mood. Medications administered on schedule. Evening: Dinner at their regular time, another potty break, and wind-down time. Cuddles, gentle attention, or quiet space — whatever your pet prefers. Night: Final potty break before bed. For pets who need overnight breaks, I set alarms and get up — no exceptions. Potty breaks: I am able to provide potty breaks every 2-4 hours if requested. Your pet's health and needs always come first. Throughout the day: I send photo and video updates if requested, so you always know your pet is happy and safe. I monitor for any subtle changes in behavior, appetite, or energy — and I communicate with you honestly and promptly. All of this changes based on your pet's individual needs. This is just a general overview — during our consultation, I will make sure your pet's specific routine, health needs, and comfort are fully taken care of.

Critical Care Tech — Skilled & Calm

Pet care experience

I have years of hands-on experience working in the Critical Care Unit (CCU) at one of the Bay Area's top specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals. Every day, I manage medically complex patients, administer advanced treatments, and monitor critical conditions in a high-acuity environment. This is my professional foundation — not just a hobby. What sets me apart: I bring veterinary-level skill into a calm, home environment. I specialize in senior and hospice pets, pets with medical needs, and anxious pets who don't thrive in traditional boarding. I can confidently administer oral medications, injectable medications, subcutaneous fluids, and inhaled medications — all following your veterinarian's prescribed care plan using medications you provide. My home is intentionally quiet and controlled — no overcrowding, no chaos. I take very limited pets at a time so every animal gets individualized, attentive care. I notice the subtle things: changes in breathing, appetite shifts, stress signals, and comfort levels. If your pet needs more than just someone to fill a bowl and open a door — I'm your person.
