As an avid animal lover with 10 years of pet care experience, I bring a deep passion for nurturing our furry companions. From caring for my own beloved pets back home in Costa Rica to providing petsitting for friends and coworkers and now having over 60 clients in Amsterdam for whom I provide regular sitting to their doggies (and cats) ❤️ I understand the importance of ensuring their well-being! I've had my 7-year-old dog since she was 6 months old. I adopted her from the shelter I was volunteering while living in Warsaw, Poland. We've been inseparable ever since <3 I have some knowledge of dog behavioral training, gained through personal experience, so I am also equipped to handle all situations. Your pet's happiness and safety would be my top priorities when you need a few days away! I work from home so they’ll be accompanied most of the time. However, since I live alone, it’s inevitable for me to have to run an errand or go to the store so I can’t take care of dogs with separation anxiety at the moment. In any occasion, I'm not out of the apartment for longer than 2-3 hours at a time. I live on the ground floor and have a big garden where your dog can sunbathe and relax any time they want! This garden is fenced and 100% safe. As I mentioned, I have a 7yr old female dog - if they get along, she'll be available to keep your dog company and play :) If your dog isn't super pet friendly, don't worry cause can ensure to have them in different areas of the house at all times and have separate walks!

Schedule

A typical day
The way I unwind during my working day is by taking breaks to go to the garden and play with my dog and the dog I take care of at the time! This helps them relax and burn some energy. I also take them for a long walks in the morning and in the afternoon as I have several parks around my place. I avoid dog parks as they tend to be problematic and chaotic for most dogs, this way I ensure their safety.
