Information Celeste R. would like to know about your pet

I love all breeds of dogs. If I have the privilege of bringing your dog into my home I would like to know if there are any special needs so that I can accommodate. I also rather a dog be spayed or neutered; however there is some flexibility. If a female does come into heat during her stay the fee will be doubled because of the special needs that have to be met. It is highly recommended that your pet is on a flee and tick preventative.

A typical day

If you dog is used to being walked, I can take them for a walk on a local trail. Playtime with other dogs is always supervised. I want your dog to feel safe and happy.

A fun safe environment for your dog

Pet care experience

Having three dogs of my own I can understand the fear in finding a reliable and trustworthy individual to watch your dog(s). I became a Rover sitter because of my passion for dogs. As a pet owner concerned about finding care for my dogs, I realized there was a need for quality pet care. It is my priority to provide your pet with as much needed love and attention as you would give them. At my home your pets will feel at home...because they are. Being a pet owner is a very rewarding investment, my services are affordable and arrangements can be flexible to accommodate you and your pet's needs. After all an in-home pet care environment, what's not to love? An at home pet sitting environment promotes the health and well-being of your dog, in a natural settings, lessening the stress of boarding. Attention, stimulation, and fun is what they will experience while you are away; making it a great environment for your pet to be in. So don't hesitate book a sit and stay with me to give your furry loved one lots of fun, freedom, fitness, and fresh air. ***PLEASE NOTE*** All dogs need to be current on vaccinations. I also rely on your representation that they are in good health and not injured or shown aggression or threatening behavior to any person or dog, safety is of utmost importance. ***UPDATE*** I do have a kennel room that may be used for your pet companion, once your dog is evaluated. It is used generally for sleeping at night. It is in my home and on the same floor as my sleeping quarters.

Celeste was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! My girlfriend & I came to the Gorham, NH area to hike for 2 days in December 2020. We were staying at motel in Gorham and I wanted my dog to be with me at night, but it was too cold for her to come hiking. I looked on Rover and found Celeste who had great reviews. Celeste was so incredibly accommodating, flexible, & communicative. Since I was hiking, I needed someone who could watch my dog for potentially long hours and be flexible with drop off time and pick up time. Celeste was excellent! The first day I dropped my dog off in the late morning & picked up in the early afternoon since it was a shorter hike. The second day I did an VERY early drop off and picked up in the early evening. Everything worked out great! She sent me photos & updates of my pup throughout the day! My dog, Karina, got to run around in her fenced in backyard with some of the other pups and then when she got tired & overwhelmed by the other dogs, Celeste allowed Karina to pick her own spot in the house to relax and decompress. I came back to a happy & tired pup! I would use her again in a heartbeat & plan to whenever I am in the area & my dog cannot hike with me!

We are so grateful for Celeste! We were visiting the area and last minute wanted to look for a pet sitter so we could ski as a family and not have to worry about our pups. She was willing to
