I’m home full time, which means your pet will have plenty of attention and companionship throughout the day. My own dog’s schedule is very flexible, so I’m able to adjust our routine to fit the needs of each pet I care for—whether that means extra playtime, potty breaks, or just relaxing together. Pet care isn’t something I squeeze in—it’s naturally woven into my everyday life.

In my home, dogs are treated like part of the family. Since we don’t have much of a yard, I make sure they get plenty of walks and outdoor time throughout the day. Most of their time is spent inside with me, where they can relax, play, and feel comfortable in a calm, supervised environment. When I need to run errands, I either let the dog stay in the house—depending on their comfort level and the length of time—or I bring them along for the ride if it's a quick trip. I always do what’s safest and most comfortable for the dog in my care.

Are they good listeners? I have experience with dogs that have little training, but I’d like to be prepared before sitting! I’ve grown up with only retriever and shepherd breeds, so I have a lot of experience with larger breeds.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks through Redwood Park—I'm lucky to live just about 10 minutes away on foot, and it's a great place for sniffing, exploring, and getting some energy out. My dog and I also enjoy regular trips to the dog park for social time and safe off-leash fun. At home, the fun continues with a floor full of toys and open space for playing, lounging, or a good game of tug. There's always something to keep tails wagging!

I’ve grown up around dogs of all sizes and ages, and I currently share my home with my own friendly pup who loves meeting new dog friends. My experience ranges from playful puppies to senior dogs needing a gentler pace. Because I truly understand how different each dog’s personality and needs can be, I aim to create a calm, fun, and safe environment that feels like home for them.

Celeste was so friendly and took great care of our dog while we visited the California Wolf Center. I was so grateful to find her and for her to be so close to the Wolf Center. I would highly recommend her.
My dog had an amazing stay at Celeste's house. She was taken care of very well and we got many pictures of her looking very happy. I highly recommend Celeste for any dog sitting that you may need
5/5 stars. Would definitely rate higher if I could. I had to leave my pup with Celeste for the weekend while I flew out of town. She was super accommodating throughout; from taking her to get a new collar (at my request) from petco to pushing back her own schedule to drop off my pup to me at the airport after I had been delayed. All around awesome and easy going, I will definitely be using again.
