Pets are members of our families, so it is important to me that your animal feels loved and cared for while you are away. I will be sure to provide plenty of pets, cuddles and treats (if allowed) to your dog or cat.

For dog walks, it is important for me to know what type of leash or harness your dog uses, and how friendly they are with other people and animals. Before sitting a dog, I'd like to know if they have any medical issues (either temporary or chronic), if they take any medication(s), and if they have any specific dislikes that I should avoid (ex: some dogs don't like people wearing hats, some dogs are afraid of things like vacuums or suitcases, etc.). I'd also like to know how active they are generally, and how much exercise you'd want them to get every day. For cats, in addition to their general routine I'd love to know how friendly they are and how they do with strangers. Please let me know if your cat has any history with biting or scratching. It's also helpful to know where their carrier is; I've never had to take anyone to the vet so it's highly unlikely I'd need it, but it's good to have the info in case of emergencies.

I live within walking distance of several parks where I love to take dogs on walks if they're friendly with other pets/people. If you have a backyard, be happy to play some fetch or tug of war as well to get some zoomies out. For cats, wand toys and laser pointers are my go-to picks to make sure they're entertained and getting ample exercise. I always show the pets I'm watching lots of love, especially those who get nervous when their owners are away. My aim is to make your pet's time away from you as safe, fun and comfortable as possible!

I am a long time animal lover and have been caring for family pets my entire life. I have ample experience with walking, feeding, bathing, and overnight pet sitting, and have cared for many animals in the West Philly area in my time living here. In the past, I've cared for many different breeds, large and small, as well as varying ages, from puppies and kittens to seniors. I have plenty of experience administering medication for animals who need it, whether it be ear/eye drops, pills, or simply prescription food. For pet sitting, I also have experience caring for small rodents, small reptiles, and fish. I'm responsible and punctual, and I genuinely care about providing great service to you and your pet. I'm really looking forward to meeting your furry friend!

Ceili is always great taking care of my 3 cats. She follows my detailed instructions to a T, and cleans up any occasional disasters (hairballs, knocked over flower pots, etc) so everything is just as I left it when I return! And I get photos of all the cats at each visit. A++++
Ceili is great with my cats. She is always right on schedule, leaves a report and photos after every visit, plays with the cats, takes care of my houseplants, and leaves my house clean. I can't recommend her highly enough!
