This was a last minute booking and so far looks like everything went well. Thank you!
There was poop on the blanket and that was not told to me just stuffed back in the bag. I sent 5 cans of food and came back with 3 my pet was there from Monday to Friday and I packed one extra just in case, Monday my pet was fed before drop off. So Tuesday and Wednesday would have been the only days he was fed unless they fed him something else which they never cleared with me to do so. I picked my pet up on Friday at 10:00 am. I was not allowed to enter the home and having a meet and greet was not responded to from Cecilia. When receiving my items the food bowl was dirty and wet. The first day I had to request photos as had to ask how he was doing. I never met the actual name person either time I arrived and communication was limited as the English from the person I did meet seemed to be limited. I needed this time to not worry about my pet as I was laying my father to rest. This was a concern for me during my time away and I don’t recommend this sitter for future sitting opportunities and I will not use them again.

Cecilia was great. Frey loves being at her place and looks very excited in pictures and videos.
