Cecilia has always been flexible even with a last minute booking. Every time Bella goes she is a happy dog and comes back calm and at ease so I know she is being taken care of well. Will definitely keep booking
The experience was highly unsatisfactory due to multiple scheduling, communication, and care issues. First, the drop-off process was significantly delayed. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, no one answered the door, and my calls and text messages went unanswered. The sitter eventually responded while I was driving back home, stating she had been asleep. Second, the feeding instructions were not followed. Although I demonstrated the correct portion size to be administered twice daily, Callie gained four pounds during her 16-day stay. While we appreciated receiving daily photo and video updates, verbal communication during the handoff was difficult, as the sitter did not appear confident communicating in English. Finally, there were issues regarding the return of my property. Callie's leash was not returned at pickup. I subsequently arranged a specific time to collect it two days later and received written confirmation. However, when I arrived at the designated time, no one answered the door. Given these repeated communication failures and the lack of adherence to care instructions, I would not recommend this sitter for anyone's pet
Cecilia took wonderful care of my senior dog for few days. She was patient and caring. She kept us updated regularly and gave us peace of mind while we were away. Rice came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. We truly appreciate Cecilia’s kindness and dedication, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter.

Amazing amazing amazing !! She picked up all my dogs and coming back my flight got delayed twice and arrived later than expected , she was very patient and nice enough to keep the dogs until the morning!! I truly appreciate your incredible caring service and thanks for the constant update with the puppies
She replied with my chat and sent a video of loki everyday. Loki still smells good when we pick him up it means he stayed inside the house.
