I have loved dogs for as long as I can remember, and have grown up caring for my own pets and friends/familys’ pets. I have confident handling experience with all animals ranging from chickens, goats, cats, dogs, and horses. I also have experience training dogs under my mentor Jaime who owns Compass K9 Academy in Lehigh Valley and has taught me everything I know. I am comfortable with any dog ranging from dachshunds (I grew up with 3 of them!) all way to working line Shepherds. Caring for animals and working with dogs is truly my passion and that passion is shown in the way I care for the animals in my care.

Schedule
I’m passionate about giving dogs the care, attention, and exercise they deserve. I choose to dedicate my weekends to dogs. Whether it’s attending sport dog trials, playing and hiking with my own dog… it’s in my nature to arrange my free time around the needs of my dog and client dogs!

Safety, trust & environment
I have a clean, 2 bedroom apartment (heat/AC) but primarily when I have a dog for daycare/boarding the fun is all outside. Your dog will join me (and my dog if yours is okay with it) to local parks and trails dependent on the dogs’ abilities and preferences. We will spend time sniffing at the local field and get lots of belly rubs and cuddles when play time is over! **Due to me having my own dog and needing to keep the environment controlled and safe with new incoming dogs, your dog MUST be able to sleep in a crate in my spare room which has its own AC unit/baseboard heater and quiet space.** I recommend sending your fur baby along with their own bed & favorite toy to remind them of you when you’re away!

A typical day
Since I have a high energy dog myself, I love to help dogs exert their energy naturally through play including tug, fetch, and more. I am very comfortable with high-drive/high-energy breeds (Dobermans, Shepherds, Cattle Dogs, Labs, etc.) and am happy to oblige by the clients’ requests regarding play and exercise. My dogs’ favorite “wear her out” activity is playing fetch and tug with a rope ball💕
