I’m lucky enough to have an open schedule, which means your pet will get my full, undivided attention without being left alone for long stretches of time. I’ve taken care of a little bit of everything - dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs - so I’m really comfortable adapting to whatever unique routine your animal needs. My love playing with animals, chilling with them, and just watching them do what they do. One of my biggest strengths is working with pets who are on the shy or anxious side. I know how stressful it can be for them when their owners are away, so I’m incredibly patient. I know how to read their body language, give them the space they need, and just let them open up to me at their own pace until they feel completely safe.

My main priority is keeping a constant eye on your pet and sticking as close to their normal routine as possible. Whether I'm staying at your place or visiting, your pet won't be left alone for long stretches, which really helps prevent separation anxiety. While I'm in a client's home, I will treat it with total respect and keep everything secure. I will make sure that all doors and gates are locked securely every time I leave your home, and I always keep dogs on a leash during walks. Because I have experience with everything from energetic dogs and cats to smaller pets like guinea pigs, I’m very aware of safety and choking hazards, like making sure small items or dangerous foods are out of reach.

It was our first time going away since we adopted our cat. We were nervous and hesitant about leaving her while we were gone. Our timid cat warmed up to Cecilia right away and this made us feel so much better! Cecilia was attentive and followed our cat's routine. She did an amazing job with Lola and would we not hesitate having Cecilia watch our cat again.
Cecilia was absolutely amazing with my Great Dane and Frenchie this weekend! She kept me updated, sent pics, and took such wonderful care of them! Her love of animals radiates through her, and I immediately felt comfortable the moment I met her. I’ll absolutely be requesting her in the future! 😊
Cecilia was great! She made sure to respect our old lady’s boundaries until she was comfortable with her. Highly recommend if you have a nutcase of a dog like we do.
Cecilia is an animal lover through and through, and they love her back. She has cared for all manners of pets for our friends and neighbors (and especially our own two dogs!) for many years. Whether it be walking, feeding, bathing, grooming, keeping them calm during a storm, or even taking them to the vet, Cecilia does it well. (And she does not shy away from a mess, even though it isn't her favorite part.)

Schedule
I am currently on summer break from college and take care of my own dogs at home. I make sure to give them everything they need from walks to play to just sitting around together.
