Hi there, I’m Cece! I have been taking care of pets as long as I can remember, having grown up on a hobby farm just outside of Grinnell. I have two cats of my own, Stella and Apollo, and would love to spend some time with more kitties around the area! Your cat’s comfort is a top priority for me when I’m watching them overnight or for drop-in visits; I always make sure to take some extra time for play or cuddles if that’s their thing. Most importantly, I want you to come home to happy, healthy kitty and consider my care any time you need a helping hand! I am an open book so feel free to ask me any questions you may need.

I do not take care of cats in my own home, so as to not disturb your cat’s comfort or the space of my own two kitties! I live in a central location in Des Moines with easy access to the entire Des Moines metro area. I am a trustworthy individual who will spend the necessary time in your home to make your cat feel cared for and loved.

Schedule
Professionally, I work a hybrid schedule that can be catered around your cat’s needs. If you’re more comfortable with overnight supervision, I can provide that, but usually I spend some quality time feeding and loving on your kitties then come home to sleep with mine.
- CatsCecilia can host up to 4 drop-ins per day
- I accept same-day bookings because I know emergencies happen, but I’d prefer to be able to chat with you about your home and your cat’s needs before you hand me the keys. My goal is to make sure you feel at ease while you’re away!
