It is always important for me to have as much information about pets as possible. This would include emergency contacts, up-to-date, veterinarian, or animal hospital phone numbers, record of the vaccines if needed depending on the age of the pet, and also the typical routine of the pet so I can ensure that the pet doesn’t feel overwhelmed by the change. When I am in a client’s home, I am respectful and always act as if there are cameras in the walls, meaning that I would never do anything that would be disrespectful not only to the pets, but to their family members as well. I find that transparency is key and if there are any rules in regard to a home, I am more than capable of following through. I am able to grab mail or packages, take out the trash, do some light cleaning, and also laundry if it is an extended housesitting booking. Everyone likes a nice clean home and I am no different. I will ensure that the house looks just as good when you get home too.

Fun Activities with Your Pets! Whether it’s an energetic pup who loves adventure or a laid-back cat who enjoys cozy companionship, I tailor my time with your pet to match their unique personality! ? For the Doggos: • Walks & Adventures: From neighborhood strolls to local hiking trails, I love exploring new places with dogs! Some favorites include Lake Mohegan, Ash Creek, and Sleeping Giant (for the extra adventurous pups!). • Dog Park Playtime: If your pup is social and enjoys making new friends, I’m happy to take them to Bark Dog Park in Ridgefield or Winslow Dog Park in Westport for safe, off-leash fun (with owner permission). • One-on-One Playtime: For dogs who prefer their own space, I ensure they get plenty of exercise without unnecessary interactions with other dogs. Whether it’s fetch, tug-of-war, or a solo hike, I’ll tailor activities to their comfort level. • Introducing Dogs to Other Dogs: Every dog is different, and their social preferences can change over time. I always ask upfront about your dog’s temperament with others. If they’re dog-friendly, I can arrange for safe, supervised socialization. If they prefer to keep their distance, I make sure to respect their space while still keeping them active and engaged. • Training & Tricks: For puppies or dogs still learning, I can reinforce basic skills like sit, paw, and down—with plenty of treats and encouragement! • Photo Shoots! I specialize in capturing goofy, personality-filled pet photos—so expect lots of adorable updates! ? For the Kitties: • Interactive Play: Wand toys, laser pointers, and anything that gets a cat moving! • Cozy Hangouts: If your cat is more of a lap lounger, I’m happy to curl up with them and give them all the love (on their terms, of course!). • Puzzle Feeders & Enrichment: I love engaging cats with activities that stimulate their minds while keeping them active. ? Winding Down: My goal is to tire out the high-energy pets so they’re happy, relaxed, and ready to sleep by the end of the day. Whether that’s through a long hike, extra playtime, or just a calming cuddle session, I make sure every pet is mentally and physically fulfilled before bedtime. ? Kid-Friendly Pets? If your pet loves children, my 10-year-old daughter Evey may occasionally join for some extra playtime (with prior discussion and a few visits to ensure comfort for everyone). But no worries—if your pet prefers an adults-only experience, that’s totally fine too! ? Safety Always Comes First! While we’ll have tons of fun, I take safety seriously. I keep dogs leashed unless we’ve built a strong bond and they’re in a secure, fenced-in area. If a dog ever slips their collar (it’s rare, but I’ve seen it happen!), I will do everything in my power to bring them back safely—and I always ensure proper harness fittings and leashes before heading out. I’m also a firm believer in trust, routine, and communication—so whether it’s meal times, medications, or simply sticking to what makes your pet happiest, I make sure their needs always come first. Looking forward to lots of tail wags, purrs, and fun adventures with your pets!

Animal Lover & Potential Best Pal!
Pet care experience
Hello & Welcome! There are MANY incredible sitters on Rover, so a big THANK YOU for taking the time to consider my profile! I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, and for over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for pets of all kinds—dogs, cats, rabbits, mice, and even pigs (Hi Macey and Tommy!). My experience goes beyond pet sitting—I’ve worked in the animal welfare space as both a marketing associate at Cornell University Veterinary Specialists in Connecticut and a photographer for adoptable dogs at PAWS in Norwalk. At Cornell, I had the unique opportunity to document life-saving veterinary work, capturing the stories of dedicated vets and vet techs who performed complex surgeries and worked tirelessly to save lives in the ER. While I wasn’t in scrubs myself, I gained a deep respect for the field, learned a lot about animal care, and witnessed firsthand what goes into keeping pets healthy. I know how to administer medication, pay attention to behavioral cues, and ensure pets feel comfortable in my care. While everyone starts somewhere (I’ve been there too!), I bring years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of pet care. I take this responsibility seriously and always make sure to ask questions or do my research to meet your pet’s specific needs. What You Can Expect from Me: ✔️ Personalized care tailored to your pet’s routine ✔️ Medication administration (if needed) ✔️ A reliable sitter with veterinary exposure & pet first-aid knowledge ✔️ Constant communication & LOTS of fun, goofy photo updates (because your pet deserves a photoshoot!) I specialize in capturing personality, not just standard “cute” photos. Whether it’s a dog’s derpy zoomies, a cat’s dramatic side-eye, or a rabbit mid-binky, I love embracing the silly and whimsical moments that make pets who they are. A Little About Me: I live in Fairfield, attend WestConn as a pre-law student, and am also looking to get back into volunteer photography for shelters in Fairfield and Danbury. When I’m not working with animals, I love hiking, cooking, drawing, and spending time with my 10-year-old daughter, Evey, who shares my passion for animals. One day, I hope to start my own farm sanctuary and foster animals in need of forever homes. Until then, taking care of your best friend is more than enough for me! Feel free to message me—I’d love to meet your furry (or feathery!) family member! - Cece 🐱 🐶

Cece P. cancelled a booking after the stay began.

I highly recommend Cece, an incredibly nice and extremely dedicated pet sitter 🐾🐾

Cece is the best! Her love for cats is genuine and I didn’t worry at all about my 2 cats while I was away. She took such good care of them, and one of them is diabetic and needs insulin twice a day, so not always easy. I highly recommend Cece and will definitely book with her again!

Cece was absolutely amazing, spent all the time making sure that my cat was eating and getting her insulin by injection twice a day! She sent constant pics and always communicated through out various times of the day! Would take her up again anytime to watch and care for my favorite girl Georgie ❤️
