I have a lot of freedom and flexibility in the summers as I work seasonally as a ski instructor in Colorado. I spend my summers hiking and traveling mostly, but in between my travels I am spending time with family and taking care of furry friends!

I live in a camper van, so most likely would not host pets in my van. However with house sitting, I have the unique ability to be parked at your home and be inside as little or as much as you’d like. (If you prefer to not have someone sleeping in your bed, I can have my own bed just right outside the house). I am also happy to be fully integrated into your home if you and your pet are happier with that arrangement.

A typical day
I love to go on walks & experience how different dogs interact with the world. My own dog finds so much excitement in everything and it brings me a a lot of joy. I also enjoy going to dog parks if your dog enjoys that!

Pet care experience
I’ve had pets since I was a toddler. I have experience caring for dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, lizards, snakes, fish, and chickens. I have always loved animals deeply, I went vegetarian when I was 5 years old because I couldn’t bare to eat them, I still am today. I love being outside and would love to take your pet on outdoor adventures if you’d like, or I’m happy to give them gentle loving care, relaxing at home as well if that’s more their style.

Ceara is great with animals. She’s taken care of horses since she was very young and as of recent years, she’s been a great dog mom. She is very patient and caring. She’s very knowledgeable about caring for all sorts of animals and goes beyond standard care.
