My name is Cayla and I’ve been caring for dogs for over 15 years, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need a little extra patience and special care. I genuinely love getting outside for walks and am comfortable handling larger dogs, including strong pullers. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and routine are always my top priorities!

Cayla and Matthew are amazing. This was Theo’s first time staying with a sitter and he had a blast. They sent so many updates via photos and videos and it made us feel so at ease while we were away. It’s not easy at all to care for a 4 month old puppy, but they went above and beyond. We will definitely have Theo stay with them again!!

Schedule
I’m available for walks after 5:30pm on weekdays, and since I work from home on Fridays, I can also offer boarding from Thursday through Sunday. I love getting outside for walks, so your dog will get plenty of fresh air and exercise! If I ever need to step out, your pup won’t be left alone for more than 2–3 hours - I make sure they always feel comfortable and cared!

I live in a two-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn with my partner, Matt, and we have plenty of space to make your dog feel right at home. Your pup is welcome to roam the apartment freely, or if they prefer some quiet time, they can have our second bedroom as their own cozy space. For client visits, I’m happy to stay overnight when needed. If you’re nearby, I can also stop by every 3–4 hours to let your dog out, play, and give them some love and attention.
A typical day
Whether your dog loves long walks, a good run, or a game of fetch at the park, I’m happy to match their energy. And on those cold or snowy days, I’ll keep them active indoors with playtime and fetch so they’re still getting exercise and attention.
