When caring for pets, I enjoy keeping them active, engaged, and comfortable through activities tailored to their personality and needs. This may include walks, playtime with toys, fetch, basic training practice, outdoor adventures, and plenty of attention to ensure they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away.

I’ve worked with a variety of animals such as dogs, cats and exotic animals through working at two different animal hospitals that included kennel work. One hospital I started working at the age of 16 , where I did kennel work for a year and then was promoted to working as a Veterinarian Assistant. I am currently working at an Exotic animal hospital that sees cats and dogs as well as domestic exotic animals . I have been working there for about a year . The hospital also allows overnight boarding for exotic animals so I have experience taking care of a plethora of different types of animals. Along with, I used to walk my neighbor’s dog after school when I was younger. I am currently just graduated with my bachelor's degree in Pre-Veterinary Science and will be attending Veterinary School in the fall.

Cayla was so sweet with our two anxious dogs!! She is very responsive to messages. We definitely plan on using her again!
After our initial appointment with Cayla we decided she was the right person to care for our two dogs over the summer. Cayla shows genuine concern for their wellbeing. She is very observant and let us know when she noticed anything that needed attention, her reports indicated at times if he was showing signs of decline or signs of improvement (He is 13 1/2 years old). I also looked forward to reading the adventures of our 3 year old dog on her walks. I highly recommend Cayla to care for your pets. If I could give her 100 stars I would! Because the bottom line is when you have a senior dog with special needs (like needing medicine, eye drops, sometimes coercion to eat his food, etc.) you want someone who is going to be patient, gentle, professional and reliable that you can trust with their care. I hope that this review helps you make the right decision of booking Cayla to care for your pets!
Cayla was on time and friendly. Leo came back happy and well-exercised. She also provided photos from his walk, which is great because these walk photos will make me happy when I travel and see he is in good hands.
