Love for your dog!
I have had a dog or taken care of dogs since I was a little girl. Family, neighbours and friends have all relied on me to help take care of their pets for many years. I am a huge animal lover and a health care worker and will always provide the best and safest care for your pup. Recently I have fostered some dogs through a local rescue and helped them find their new home. I have learned alot about behaviours and training with these pups. We love to play in the yard or go for walks, and have lots of snuggles on the couch :)

Cathy is great! Super caring and responsible. An obvious dog lover! I highly recommend her.
I was very leery leaving my rescue Frenchie, "Gigi", with anyone because she is not a very sociable dog. But Cathy went out of her way to help Gigi settle in and make friends with her two dogs. Cathy really has a way with dogs and clearly enjoys them. She sent several photo and video updates every day and I could see that Gigi was enjoying herself! Cathy even taught Gigi how to chase and catch and play with a frisbee! One of the videos showed the dogs all scampering around playing in the back yard together! The yard is well fenced and offers both sunny spots and shade. Cathy is a person who you can certainly trust to look after your pet with care and concern. She is an excellent communicator. I will certainly book my next boarding session with peace of mind that Gigi is in the right place. It is worth it for me to make the extra ferry trip from Salt Spring Island.
After spending time with Cathy my dogs want to stay with her. She has a calmness and caring way about her that the dogs love. Cathy is outgoing and friendly, there when I need her and is a pleasure to deal with!

Schedule
I currently work part time so have lots of time available to spend with your dog! My flexible schedule allows me to board your pet overnight any day of the week, or drop in for visits/walks.

I have a fenced back yard and two small dogs to keep your fur baby company! Your dog is welcome to treat our home as their own and I will give them lots of love and be devoted to their happiness and well being while you are away.

A typical day
I love to play with the dogs and go for walks to the park or beach in my neighborhood. Rest time with lots of snuggles is also fun.
