I’m a dog lover with two friendly 9-year-old dogs of my own. I have years of hands-on experience caring for dogs through all life stages, from playful puppies to relaxed seniors. Daily walks, outdoor time, and plenty of attention are part of our routine. I understand the importance of exercise, stimulation, and downtime, and I always make sure dogs in my care feel safe, happy, and well looked after. For added peace of mind, I hold comprehensive pet care insurance and am trained in Canine Pet First Aid, so your dog will be cared for safely and professionally at all times.

Cathy was fantastic from start to finish. From the initial meet and greet to dropping Olly and Bella off, the communication was excellent. We received lots of updates throughout their stay, which gave us complete peace of mind and showed how well they were being looked after. Olly and Bella were so well cared for, and it was clear they were happy and comfortable in Cathy’s care. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cathy to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. We’ll definitely be using her again in the future!
Cathy looked after my cockapoo recently when I went away for the weekend. She arranged a pre-meet to get know me and my dog, and it was clear from the off how much of a dog lover she is (she has two adorable and very friendly dogs herself). She sent me regular updates when I was away which really put my mind at ease and my dog was really well looked after, she treated her like royalty. I would definitely use Cathy again and would recommend to anyone wanting that home-from-home care.

Schedule
My main availability is at weekends for dog walking and sitting. I can also accommodate weekday bookings for walks or overnight sitting with advance notice, particularly for longer or pre-arranged stays.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are my priority. I have a fully enclosed garden for secure outdoor time, and two small, friendly dogs who can provide companionship and help your dog settle in and feel relaxed in a welcoming home environment.

A typical day
Every dog is different, so I tailor activities to suit their age, personality, and energy levels. We enjoy walks, games of fetch, scent and treat-finding games, interactive toys, and plenty of playtime in my secure enclosed garden. For dogs who prefer a slower pace, I’m just as happy to provide gentle strolls, cuddles, and quiet relaxation. My two friendly dogs also love meeting new friends, so if appropriate, they can enjoy supervised social play together. My aim is to make every dog feel happy, safe, loved, and treated like part of the family while they’re with me.
